Nechisar National Park is a national park located near Arba Minch. The name Nechisar (“white grass” in Amharic) is derived from the white grass that covers the plains of the park. The mountainous landscapes, lakes, grassy plains and wildlife are the reasons why this park is one of the best tourist attractions in Ethiopia.
